'Father' is a representation of ultimate support and protection and loving guidance of God. Born again is to be opened up to the greater reality. It is as if the heart is turned the right way up, having been upside down for a long time. When I read the Bible I did so by noting what resonated and what did not. It is a gut sensation to decipher what is the Truth and what is not. I have not read Quran yet, but I will. I find the Truth in the words of Ibn Arabi, 'I saw Divinity with the eye of the heart, I said, "who are you" It said, "you" I think this is what Jesus meant.

Just as an aside, while reading the Lotus Sutra, I discovered the story of the Prodigal Son. This points to the idea that the Bible is a mix of different books/texts.

If there was a human being who deserved to be worshiped then he was your mother who carried you weighing -+2-3 kg for 9 months, during your pregnancy your mother could never sleep soundly, imagine your body being tied with a burden weighing -+2-3 kg for 9 months. And when your mother gave birth to you, she sacrificed her blood and even her life in excruciating pain. and while raising you, your mother had to be willing to sleep a little at night because you often woke up crying at night and could only calm down after being breastfed by your mother and this all went on for -+ 2 years and your mother was willing to clean up your feces and urine. and it lasted for -+ 5 years Your mother willingly suffered for you for years... Every human being is gifted by the Almighty Creator with a tool to detect wrong and right accurately. When we tell lies then the "Heart" really knows what we say is a lie. When we steal or rob, the "Heart" really knows that we are making a mistake. But unfortunately, we often ignore and don't want to listen to the voice of our "heart" because of our desires, greed and anger, hatred, so that we don't realize that we are deceiving and torturing ourselves.
