He has every reason to be upset. He is a bit extreme, and has some personal work to do, but he is completely justified in being frustrated, disappointed, overwhelmed. Instead of responding reasonably to sort through a dark moment in her marriage and a potentialmoment of growth in his character, she leaves him. Sir, you deserve better! Be happy she leaves!

he literally would’ve been dead if she didn’t commit the crime???😭 I understand being overwhelmed and upset but he didn’t even stop and realize that if she DIDNT commit the crime he would literally be dead. He had no real understanding of her. Also are we just going to forget that when he receives the letter stating that the blackmailer wouldn’t leak anything, he said that he thought her inability to make good decisions on her own made her more attractive???

@@goose7014 why would he have an understanding of her? She doesn't express herself well.

Such pretty good voice, I can't stop listening to her, her mystic voice. I learnt by heart this passage and I try so hard to sound like her❤. This is kind of voice of hers, that seems to come from a place which is not given to be known by human beings, somehow , celestial❤

Yet another blathering of Shakespeare’s words. Awful. The actor unable to fresh mint it as though he is speaking the lines for the very first time and having the thoughts for the very first time. If you want to see this speech done to the level it deserves, go to John Barton’s playing shakespeare series and watch Richard pasco knock it out of the park and sound like he is speaking the words for the very first time and thinking the thoughts for the very first time (even though Richard pasco performed the role 100’s of times before on stage). This is another pitiful rendition that reeks of repetition and gives people a good excuse to stay at home and watch a good movie rather than go to the theatre.

I just acted in a production of Much Ado- this is NOT Act 5. This scene is at the end of Act 2!
