Etch primer on bare steel = good idea. Covering the bare primer (no topcoat) in rubberized undercoating = BAD idea. Rubberized = rubber dissolved in acid, suspended in emulsifier. You've now etched your etched primer and sealed it in rubber. RUST CITY.

I have two identical Broan-Nutone fans in my two bathrooms. In one install, the flapper is horizontal (like in your video), and in the other it is vertical. The vertical one flaps open and closed when I turn on the fan, thereby reducing the effectiveness of the fan. The horizontal flapper doesn't have this symptom. Can one rotate the flapper so that it is horizontal?

Thank you for your directions. As a victim of the delaminated screen, I can attest to its demon like behaviour. If you want to create a very entertaining reality tv show, put cameras in a delaminated screen users vehicle. I can confirm that the interaction between the user and the screen is far more entertaining than 90% of the current shows running today.

There is no way to do either without manipulating the cable to have extra length in it from the other side inside the engine bay by the T junction. That’s why you opened the hood to pretend to talk about greasing the hood latches that do have to be greased but that isn’t why you popped the hood. Douchey move

Thanks for the video, my wife has a 2019 compass that has the smaller screen I believe, I purchased the screen on eBay, I hope the install will be the same, I have all the tools I’m just worried about messing up her dash with the pry tool. But it has to be done, dealer says radio has to be replaced with a price tag of around $1300.

Did anyone find that this screen issue was draining their battery? We replaced both the reg battery and aux battery after numerous times of it dying and still it seems there is something draining the brand new batteries quickly. Now thinking it’s the screen with the delaminated issue constantly pressing buttons on its own. We can’t even turn off the screen as it turns back on its self.
