Sir, it's been an entire year since my graduation and I still can't get a senior, I'm tired of sending CVs on indeed and LinkedIn. I'm a first generation lawyer and as such don't have family connections in the law field or "sifarish". Those who have some sort of connections/sifarish/jaanPehchan have joined seniors but I'm totally depressed, haven't done anything in the past one year since my graduation. Hopelessness and depression is eating away at me. Why is it so hard to join a Senior!

Ok so this is not related to court or anything. But I had joined a telegram channel of a famous educational KZfaqr. 2 days after I joint the group, my telegram got "hacked" and some person used my name and harrassed some members of the group. First that person sent a false / fake degree in the group in my name and then threatened some group members saying that I was from police. I somehow got my access to my account after one day and I understood that something was wrong with my account. I texted some contacts and that group and tried to explain them the scenario. But no one believed me . I wrote the admin an e-mail apologizing and sending my real identity proofs to confirm that it wasn't me. But he said I was "lying" and that he forgives me . There was also a girl in the group who was constantly bullying me while I was apologizing in the group, she said that I was liar and I was faking it. The way I was bullied and blamed , it scared me and they threw me out of the group. This haunts me even today. My question is - 1. Will this incident have any impact on my career ? Or can any group members or the admin do anything against me in future? 2. If they do , what can I do to prove myself.? 3. I had called my nearby ethical hacking agency and they said to deactivate my account and activate again and they matter will be solved. I did it but can someone/ police still get access to my old messages or account? 4. Can someone sue me for allegedly "faking my profession/ degree" in a public group 5. People say telegram is very safe, so how did my account gets hacked? I'm sorry if I sound like I'm overthinking. But it's been a month and this incident still haunts me.

I served legal notice to government servant. The govt servant gave the negative reply of legal notice within 15 days. In this case 2 month theory is still required ?
