Great servant for us . Life is hurtful sometimes. If we could keep EVERY player we have ever had that would be Nirvana. Unfortunately that is impossible. All the very , very best to him on his footballing journey.

Has been a good servant, and has definitely improved under Kieran, however, the club is moving forward so quickly KJ hasn’t got the necessary quality that we now need. I’m sure he will get a good championship club.

I feel he was never at premiership level and it wasn't a great surprise to me, when we lost Hirst through injury and Jackson was covering our form dipped and when Burns was out, we were lacking on the right when Jackson was covering. So realistically you'd hope to have someone better in the premiership.

Last promotion season in Premiership (2000-01) we finished 5th, so Leeds and Sheffield Utd achieving 9th isn't that remarkable. Likely will be much tougher this coming season to achieve anything close to 5th, but I reckon no lower than 12th (fingers crossed !!)

Unfortunately I do feel he'll go, there would no doubt be a increase in salary, he's an ambitious manager that will realistically see there are clubs better than Ipswich that are more capable of chasing bigger things. I think he'll know it's going to be really difficult just to keep Ipswich up. The level in the premiership is so much higher than the championship. It's going to be a difficult season regardless of what happens. I hope i'm wrong but I'm not convinced he'll stay. I don't feel there's much loyalty now in football.

This is the first time in a long time where a manager feels more important than the players. Look at the culture at Chelsea and Man Utd. McKenna is respected by all. When we sing a managers name - it says it all. I hope we throw a massive contract, bigger than all of our players, to at least try to keep McKenna.

My gut is telling me he is off. Love him to stay but I have a feeling he will go to Chelsea.
