Thanks for this video! I've been looking at downtown and journal square. So many new apartment buildings over the last 5 years that if you go on google street view, you won't even see images of the new buildings. It's growing faster than google maps can keep up with lol

Whether it's worth it or not is subjective to one's own situation. It was worth it to me because I had it easier than most, in saying that, it wasn't always easy. It wouldn't be worth it to me to live in NYC today, not with the outrageous prices for rent. I left in 2007. It was expensive then too but nothing compared to today. I would say it would only be worth it for those with incomes that support the move. If you are in a line of work where you can make more money living in NYC than anywhere else then I'd say it's worth it, but if you can live better with the same income elsewhere I'd say that it's not, but there are things about NYC that are unique so it's a really hard call.

I lived in NYC for five years. I really didn't socialize while living there but I met a really cool interior designer friend at work who I really liked. The way I made some really good friends in southern California was going to poetry readings. They latched onto me:-) I met the most interesting, artsy, and exciting people there which threw me into a ten year friendship of non-stop entertainment and fun....until I moved to NYC. lol But I didn't even try to make friends there. I'm sure that I could have but I was busy with other pursuits:-)

Your video quality is very nice and attractive but not doing SEO properly will not increase your video views, if you post videos with SEO then your video views will be much higher.

Carry a portable escooter that has some range, use the green ways on the far west or east side unless you're already comfortable with a specific route . Scooter tires are generally tiny so a bumpy road is uncomfortable even with good suspension

I hate it when the company tries to hook people they offer affordable prices and when they make it then they jack up prices and ruin the whole business!

If you surveyed NYCers about how important waterfront proximity is, I'm guessing the percentage would be lower than you think. To those who say it does matter, then ask them how often they actually walk the waterfront -- probably lower than you think. I unsubscribed from your channel because this topic got really tiresome.

HOW is that a cause for celebration? Lol are you even reading the news or know how people feel about billionaires? If anything new yorkers shouldn't like this because the city is getting too expensive and gentrified. Other than some tiktok influencers bragging about 'billionaire boyfriend' nobody cares
