do you have your own boat? If so, you need a TIP (Temporary Importation Permit), a biosphere bracelet (H&M Landing) and a declaration form to document the fish you are bringing back. You are also supposed to have an FMM, but I have no clue where you get those any more.

Nice video. You still got to good rock fish. I am finally able to walk down the dock to my boat yesterday. Not bad for 6 weeks after getting two artificial knees. My boat is ready to go. I saw those big dolphins while sitting on a bench at Shelter Island too. Lots of empty handed boats at the Shelter Island boat ramp at the end of the day.

Not fully, but I know you need a descending device on board if you are rock fishing, and the vermilion's are down to two. There was also talk about limiting Sand Bass to two per person, but I am not sure if that made it in or not. Not familiar with any other changes.

What documents do you need to fish down there?
@fishingfromsandiegoАй бұрын
Passport, Mexican Fishing license, Biosphere Bracelet, Import Declaration form (FOR USA), and an FMM Visa (but I can't find them anymore, so...) You will also need a TIP (Temporary Importation Document) for your boat.
@fishingfromsandiegoАй бұрын
You can get the mexican fishing license annually and get it online You used to be able to get the biosphere bracelet annually (Coming back soon, hopefully) In the meantime, you get the bracelet at H&M landing Import Declaration Form is a free download on the Fish and Game site. TIP lasts for 10 years, and you get it online also.
