OK.... So I get this straight..... You make a knife from putty.......let it dry.... then grind it ? Did I miss anything ? I ALMOST couldnt watch the entire thing because of the continous tiky-ticky toky... ( Drive me crazy.I cant tell what is putty and what is what else but one thing I didnt hear you hit on is that with all epoxy products......you have a weapon that could be smuggled anywhere......no metal to show up on x-ray or any other sources of discovery. 1\

I am sure you found these but wanted to share. If going from standaed to LED lights you may need this. I really like the build, very nice. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/d6p7napkv5iwZas.htmlsi=9u08kTsOYbyjgh3T

Nice project. I like the simplicity, and the liberal use of glue, especially for a mobile unit that may move across uneven surfaces. One thing, is poly food-safe? It's pretty toxic when wet, but I hear it won't leach chemicals once dried. However cutting into it can cause pieces to chip off into the foods. Oiling is the norm, albeit it needs more maintenance. Plus its easier to sand down to refresh the surface every few years.

i dont really see the cheap batteries as FAKE, they are non brand alternatives and so maybe they wont last as long but the amount of times I have bought name brand anything and have been disappointed is way more often than for off branded stuff.

One thing when mounting sideboards, after you’ve installed one side take that side and mount it on the other side. That way when your putting them back on they’re actually universal. Also I went through the catalogue at the auto parts store and used a 90 degree fuel hose and a piece of exhaust pipe for the diesel filler, cost me an extra $10 but it’s legal and piece of mind. Also hi flow fuel every time now.

Here's a tip.. When your putting on handlebar grips, spray them inside with hairspray. They slide on real easy and when the hairspray drys out it glues them on. The spray only takes 5 minutes to dry. As for your filter. Use one of your lasses nylon stockings as it is very fine for filtering but has no restriction of air flow. What you did will restrict the air flow and run lean . IE hot. 😢

Great Video bro, you could wrap the battery up in some duct tape to make it a bit stronger and damage resistant

Great Job on your Tray! I to wish you had measured drawings. I have a Toyota Tacoma and think your Tray, what we call a flat bed here, would look Great on it. Some day I want to put one on it. For now I have a 5 foot truck bed on it which is very limiting.

Great job with the build! Love watching other guys sit there and stare at a project trying to figure out how they actually want to do something 😆. I am pretty jealous as an american that everyone else can buy hilux's and we cant. Had one as a company truck while working overseas and loved it.
