Hi mate I forgot to say I got the same cam cover and the breather pipe adapter on mine when you screwed it in hit the bottom and did not breath at all just check it ? I had to cut mine and it came with the cover so you would have thought it would fit properly

You may know or may not But my s3 cold starts fine Drive it 10 mins turn it off and back on again it sometimes stalls Could this be crankshaft sensor?

I've had a forge pcv delete on my stage2+ cupra r for 30000+ miles and not had a single issue

Blocked the pipe off. We’ve took it off now check the last video we uploaded it nearly killed engine

Yes it was mate, they’re just not fit for purpose with that rocker cover. We tried to get it to work correctly but no luck

There is another way but it’s naughty vent to atmosphere there is a video on KZfaq that shows a guy doing his think it was a Audi he had his to the side of the turbo from the catch can ? But your in good hands has you know so if they say they run better with the pcv then I’m sure there right

Hey bro I have a swapped R here in the states. Sleeved motor, custom cams, IROZ 1300 kit (72mm), IROZ billet intake, Syvex, AP brakes, Litespeed magnesium wheels, CF everything weighs 2900 lbs.... I need a custom intercooler for my build can I order this from this company to for my MK7 or is this something custom from Rada? Thanx bud.... BTW looking DIESEL bro been hitting the gym I see its working lol

I read that stock valve train plastic covers can fail in the pcv pathways, resulting in smoking. I see you are using aftermarket billet cover. Have you noticed any difference with it. And which brand are you using.

Theres a video coming out soon about that billet cover causing issues so i’d avoid at the minute and just replace pcv to save your headache

I think it’s been around 3 years since it had a 2.0 in it, can’t comment on cost though as its been 90% done in our garage, apart from mapping, engine forging and geometry work.

If you have a bartek catch can/rocker cover it’s a poorly designed catch can like we said in the video.

@@dunkparra3947 theres a big update coming in the next couple weeks but we’ve taken the rocker cover off and back to oem one its been causing a bit problem this week. So for now if the smoke is really back go back to oem rocker and pcv system
