Savoir produire et maîtriser la force du chi devrait pouvoir être acquis par la plupart des gens car c est un capacité humaine qui, hélas, c est perdu dans ce monde ou les technologies parasites nos systèmes internes, il serait donc vraiment incroyable de réaliser de tels prouesses pour un citadin qui a grandi depuis le plus jeune dans une ville où il y a le wifi, la 4g, la 5g, les ondes radios etc... sans compter non plus sur les mauvaises ondes des gens autour de vous qui vivent dans un stress et un énervement permanent. L harmonie des sens pour une vie équilibrée intérieure est très compliquée à avoir aujourd'hui car tout ces problèmes modernes vont de paire avec la vie active et professionnelle de notre époque incertaine 😥
