fangsonggong(Relaxation exercises) 4:Rotating the torso. With rotation of the trunk, one arm stretches the chest and the abdomen(Yin) while the other arm expands the shoulder and the back(Yang), shift the body weight to one side and relax the head and upper body on the substantial leg. #Fangsonggong#放松功, created by Master Chen Bing, is the very effective way to find #relaxation with body and mind which is essential to practice Taijiquan. Besides used as a warm up exercises, Fangsonggong has many benefits to help you with stress relief, balance, solving problems with shoulders, cervical, lumbar and other spine problems. Highly recommended.

#静心功Jingxingong or standing meditation, or Taichi preparation, is the first exercise of the fangsonggong(Relaxation exercises) created by Master Chen Bing. all these years and i have never heard of her until today. (: her yang sty;le is perfect i see mainly fu zhong when and yang zenji influence, nit so much zheng dou but there is some. i would love to see her do tui shou or fight, what a treat that would be. xie xie
