Looks good. I do agree with @Belluser's advice 100%. The higher the developer number, the more it lightens you hair. They refer to it as "lift". Using a #30 might lift it 3 or 4 shades above the expected color. You might want to use a #10 next time. You may also need to pick up a red corrector packet. You add it in the dye to tone down the reds. I used to watch Jen's niece do her hair. She was a cosmotologist. I learned a lot from her. I have been dying Jen's hair for at least 25 years now.

Hi, lisa.I'm a hairdresser, and 20 volume peroxide would have come out, darker. Always use 20 vol. 30 or 40 vol peroxide is for lighting. Hey it's summer a little lighter is OK.

I would change doctors if they can't advise you what I'm telling you, as i say the probiotics is the best doesn't work straight away took about 4 months before it kicked in, but don't take too much I started taking too much and got gassy and made it worse at first so limit it to small amounts one per day or every other day the drink is okay it's more the cabbage can be a problem but should take it kimchi or and sauerkraut live you can try a live yoghurt as well even sour milk.

Thank for the shelves tip. 😊 Duran Duran sent me an email May 9th. They are reissues of their first five albums. I perordered the debut from 1981. Other records I ordered: Bob Marley Exodus reissue and 2 45s: Blondie, Tide Is High & The Clash Rock the Casbah. I plan to make a video when the records come in the mail. I won't get the Duran Duran record until July.
