I wonder if you could do something similar but with scrambled egg instead of cream cheese, little breakfast shots

kielbasa is sausage in polish, so you said sausage sausage :)
@PostalBarbecueКүн бұрын
Yes. Being polish I’m familiar with that. However it’s also a “style” of sausage outside of Poland. :)

This video is better then most that ive seen. It gets straight to the point, tells me the ingredients, is concise and easy to understand. Thanks. Trying to smoke a ham for dinner tonight and this really helped.

Should we be worried about the chemicals in the Zep cleaner you are using? If chemicals remain after the rinse won’t the go on your food?

This is why generation after generation our tradition loses its original flavors. I've never seen a recipe so far off before. They should just give it another name instead of guessing or misleading viewers

Glad I found your comment. I was going to say a similar comment. Even though it looks good, it looks so much like haole style teriyaki sauce. I grew up not using garlic for Huli Huli, or ketchup, or those other stuffs...... mine is simple.... Shoyu, Sugar, Ginger, Liquid Smoke, and then I kick it up a notch with a little crushed hot pepper.... I'm in Vegas too, haha!!

FYI, this also works great on a pellet grill. It's a fantastic method, better than regular fried chicken IMO.

I used this cooking method on my Weber gas gril… AND used some compound butter I whipped up at the last minute (no whiskey… but lots of herbs). My 50-60yo guests said they were the best filets they’d ever had. I’ve saved this video for future reference. Many thx!! 🔥🥩😎
