I've taken iv Dilaudid, liquid Morphine, liquid Hydromorphone, Toradol and children's Advil. I find that 2 children's chewable advils work as good as the Toradol. And easier on your body. And lasts around 4 or 5 hours without pain. Another tip is, when u have pain, jump in a hot bath, the pain from kidney stones will disappear instantly, fo a little while. Hope this helps!

I just pulled mine out this morning. I had extreme anxiety about this. The dr wanted me to do it at 7am. So I took the Flomax at 3:30am, then waited until around 7am when I had to pee really bad. Got in shower and basically peed it out. Barely had to pull and didn’t feel anything whatsoever. I was stressing myself out about nothing

I have had that shockwave lithotripsy back in 2021, and I will never do that again. I was bedridden for 3 months afterwards. I have had 3 laser lithotripsies also. I would do that one again, as there is only about a week recovery, while the stent is in. Soon as stent is out, i feel back to normal. I have diabetes too, and check my diet quite a bit. I have been kinda inactive the last 4 years, maybe i need to move more, cause it is not the water, unless I'm drinking too much, and getting a calcium ring like inside me, like around the tub drain. These r calcium oxalate stones. Dr.'s do not know and say so much bs. Now being told they r hereditary, if so, then there is nothing I can do. I feel so helpless...

Yes, that is where the pain is, lower back and side. U have to drink massive amounts of water, and wait. Depending on the size it is. Anything over 7mm they need to do surgery...

Makes sense haha. But u r wrong. I didn't even drink this drink. I'm not a drinker, I may drink only about 5 to 10 times a year, and only 1 or 2 drinks each time tops. I have had stone pain now since Friday. Another one is coming, but Dr. says I do not drink enough water, which is funny to everyone who knows me. All I drink is ice water all day every day, nothing else.
