Looking forward to buying land with a beaver pond on it and of course lots of wetlands....loving the idea of having my own wildlife refuge. Was looking for videos on properly building a dock in wetlandsand found this totally bay accident..which is funny because the property is in Whatcom Co

2/22/18 well congratulations Trump-tards; first let me say I feel bad for the people whos kids.. grandkids that are being f÷ked over by this; Big-baby in Chief has managed to open up once protected wetlands for "exsplotation"! So mow his billionaire buddies can destroy the land to make themselves another buck. It is astounding how the trump-tards don't give a flying fig about their kids & grandkids! And how those of us who do are made to live with the fact that our descendents will be screwed too! It may not be too late: come 2020 we can make another attempt to re-direct this Titanic of a administrations policies! Of course this is to the people in Amarica who can read;

Not really. If you are a wildlife enthusiast (w/ a great sense of humor) and the property is affordable, the paperworks can be tolerable.
