Works good on a Prometheus 7 inch 556 shoebox gun. If you don’t know, the Prometheus seven has a detachable barrel on quick disconnect, folding but stuck, will fit in any glove box with up to three magazines 30 round. Of course, it is a great CQC gun but you must have ear protection!!! They are extremely loud, and you will lose hearing if you fire this without your ear pro protection. My only complaint is there are much better batteries out there that take up less space in a different manner that would allow this thing longer battery life, as a result, I run it as a pin point with my infrared optics. Works great, looks evil as shit in the shoot house, especially win. Smoke is deployed. Just remember your battery limitations, I recommend extra batteries carried in a UTG, sniper grip, or any other pistol grip with a battery compartment, build in.

In theory yes, tolerances can differ from manufacturer to manufacturer but seeing as it can be adjusted I'd say it's worth a shot 👍

Its a torx wrench. "Allen" wrenches fit hex sockets whist torx fit the "star" shaped ones like the screws included in this kit.

Depends on the model. You CAN buy it seperately, but a number of models come with it already on. This is not an exhaustive list, but commonly seen AK types that include them are: AKMN, AKMSN, AK-74M, AK-74N, AKS-74N AKS-74UN AKS-74UB, and AK models from AK-101 to 105. Other weapons with them built in includes, but are not limited to SVD, SVDS, SVDM, AS VAL, VSS Vintorez, and Saiga 12, and Vityaz.
