One minor gripe I have with the core stones is when you discover one in a dreadnought mission. If it spawns near an egg you have 2 options: pop the egg and pray (pray) that the dread doesn't activate the stone (which it has done for me) or do the core stone (which will spawn the dread). Either way it forces you to fight both simultaneously which was a miserable experience when it happened to me.

About that last point about adding a fifth class with new support tools. I want a survivor class you unlock by saving Karl from the depths of Hoxes, and he's using makeshift weapons made of bug parts and other hoxes natives.

Without knowing there was a big mystery surrounding them I always just assumed they were talking about Karl Marx. And were kinda honouring his ideas of class consciousness.

something of note is the jetty boot arcade, specifically the artwork on its sides as it shows the drg classes kicking ass. weird thing is, there is a character on there that isnt one of the main classes and, weirdly enough, look a bit like an elf. could this have been karl? does this mean was karl was an elf?????????????????????

The new mission at first was super confusing to me for some reason like I could never get close to a resonance crystal and my teammates even did them all while I was blindly running around but getting the hang of it turned it into probably my favorite mission type alongside the Heartstone. The drillevator is such a fun sequence, seeing the enemies coming down with you while Molley just tries to keep up is amazing and you descend even deeper then what deep dives manage to capture

I think hollow bough, even though it isn’t a biome I like, has a lot of interesting parts to it. However, what do I know about drg biomes? Fungus bogs is my favorite biome because it’s green.

I was graced by the presence of Karl, in a not so distant universe. A plague swept the streets, and we four were to eliminate a rancid heretic. But low each one of us were brought, daft in our hubris against the heresy. Only one stood... Karl. For hours he fought on alone, no one to Regen roughness. Finally freeing one of us, myself, I ran on with reckless abandon hoping to draw fire for Karl. Unfortunately, I did. Once more slaughtered, the ire of a battalion of gunners, 3 flamers, and 2 snipers finally laid him low. I was sad to see him go, but honored to fight at his side.

Cluster Charges on the hurricane is the most fun I've had in DRG in years. That OC is such a blast to useand with the incendiary T5 mod it lights things on fire in a single well place missile detonation which feels amazing to take advantage of with the revolver on a volatile bullets build

Its likely Karl was the fifth member of the playable crew. These four dwarves doesnt really mention other dwarves, such as the missing dwarves in salvage missions. So its likely Karl died in a badass way and the four main dwarves remembers him by mentioning his name every so often. Also I like to believe the main four dwarves is like the A Team of DRG compared to any other crew members who either go missing or just dies.

One thing that would be nice is something like the tranquilizer rounds for Subata but make it napalm instead. it could just make fire damage absolutely MASSACRE tanky enemies or cover large areas in highly flammable material that can be ignited at a moment's notice.
