Yes. Nutrition deficiency & hormone imbalance can also contribute to miniaturized hairs.

To reduce hair fall, have a balanced diet that is rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I switched my shampoo and hair conditioner to liittileextra cocooniooon a year ago, and it has reduced my hair fall.

I just began using the Cocoonnion Hairfall Control Shampoo, because a friend suggested it to me. We were talking about my hair, and she recommended this shampoo. Genuinely, I've seen noticeable improvements after a few washes. My hair feels healthier, and there's no more hairfall.

Isn’t it better to use a concentrator on the end of your blow dryer where it directs the airflow one way so you’re not blowing the rest of your hair while you were concentrating on one certain area? I find that useful attachment a lifesaver.

I'm so thankful this popped up in my feed- I have watched 100 stylists for countless hours and never, never knew this! You're a doll and thank you so much.

Very useful. I'm currently doing pin curls overnight on dry hair, so not heat damage. However it's good to know how to do it with an iron/wand just in case I needed more modern look.

Because of stress, I was experiencing hair thinning and a lot of hair fall. Upon seeing the positive things about reactivate hair growth serum by liittlleextra, I got my first bottle and have been using it since today. My hair fall has decreased, and I can say that I am observing baby hairs on my front line here and there. There is a clear difference in the growth of baby hairs as well. As mentioned earlier, my hair fall has reduced. What I mean is that previously, I was losing 50-100 strands, but now it has reduced to 20-30 strands. In addition to the above, I have also started taking care of my hair regularly with weekly hair treatments and applying Coco onion oil twice a week, which has further added to these results.

My hair has never been this good. All due to reactivate hair growth serum.
@AnmolpalsD1B5Ай бұрын
Yes definitely, Reactivate hair serum works effectively; it truly does its job well and gives you the expected results. But, the one thing that you have to always remember is that you have to wait and give time for the result. It's a lengthy process and typically takes around 3 to 4 months to get visible results. But honestly speaking, it's really affect.

Great video… Super helpful. Your hair is almost exactly like mine, except for the growth pattern on the scalp. Seems like such common sense. I don’t know why I didn’t think of some of this myself. I have the tools, but I haven’t been using them correctly ! Couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t make my hair look like the hairdresser does. I get tired of people telling me I have a health issue… I’ve been tested. I am fine. No iron deficiency. No thyroid problem nothing. I just have always had fine hair and it’s gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. Oh yay aging. Not.

I have PCOS and suffer with hirsuitism and hair thinning on the crown area, I was told that losing weight would help with my symptoms. I lost 2 stones in 3 months and a few months later had a ton of hair shedding. Thankfully most of the hair grew back but not all of it, sometimes it seems like you can’t win !

Hi Tabitha been watching your wonderful and Informative videos for a little while now. My hair has always been fine and thin. Getting more so now that I’m 60. I try not to shampoo my hair everyday but my scalp tends to itch. Would the oil help with that ? Thank you for your time and expertise

@tabithafhair5 ай бұрын
Has it always been that way? If not, it can be hormone related and not genetic. There are so many reasons for hair loss. I would find a Trichologist near you if you are concerned about it.

Hi Tabitha! I just 😢found your channel and subscribed and shared it with other health minded friends! I have always been fascinated by hair, and my hair is by far my favorite feature. To give a quick background, I have been aware of the connection between healthy eating and healthy hair since I was in my late teens. And my hair has always been thick and healthy. My diet consists of mainly low mercury fish like sardines and salmon, fruit and veggies of all types, plain Greek yogurt, nutritional yeast, nuts and seeds and organic eggs. I am blood type A- so red meat doesn't digest well with me. As a result of this diet, I have no grey hair. I am very cautious online and won't reveal my exact age, but I will say I remember vaguely the last few years of the 1960's. Anyway, people often say my hair is by far more beautiful than young girls who stuff themselves with candy, chips and soda. But last spring I started shedding excessively. I went to a dermatologist and he diagnosed Telegen Effluvium and all blood work was very good. Fortunately it was a "mild" case and only lasted about a month, and my hair never became obviously thinner. We decided it was a one time reaction to work stress. All was well until about late January this year. Although my hair looks as thick and healthy as ever, I am shedding just over 100 hairs most days. Nothing in my lifestyle has changed. Since my diagnosis of TE last May, I have been using Viviscal hair supplement. Before TE I was never this obsessed with counting my daily shed. This is still far short of my TE shedding, which was well over 250 or so hairs a day. But I have heard we shouldn't shed more than about 90 hairs each day. What do you think about this? My apologies for being long winded, but I wanted to pass on anything that could be helpful in understanding my situation. Thank you SOOO MUCH for your time! 6:07

Yes! I think a whole food plant based diet is what made my hair dry & brittle. I wasn’t getting enough protein, and I was anemic also. Now that I’ve been including animal products for over a year, it’s finally growing in healthy again. I eat lots of eggs, red meat, and salmon. Plus, butter, cheese and heavy cream. I eat onions, tomatoes and jalapeños for flavor. ❤ Tip: for thin hair, like mine is on the ends since it was so brittle and broke easily, curl your hair in 1” sponge rollers. So long as I do that, my hair still looks nice and full. I only use three, and it’s so easy and doesn’t get in my way while I sleep.
