What do you mean the lean angle was back to front from what you had written down? Maybe your LA sensor is buggered and that's why there's no ignition. Mine is showing 1.0 and I have ignition.

Thanks for the info Devin! Great video and instruction, your note page was a big help! You've sure done your homework! Now I can check all the codes and see what's wrong. Also regarding your spark issue, obvious but don't forget to change your spark plug. Mine developed hard starting and no idle, would drive around 1/4 to full throttle fine. Changed the plug and problem gone! Same with my lawn tractor, very hard to start but would run and idle all day, new plug and now starts up easy every time. Check your incoming spark plug wire. A guy who worked on mine grabbed the wire and not the boot and it cracked the inside carbon wire and it didn’t have a spark. I changed it and it cranked right up.

can you check rpm in test mode? and also how do you get out of test mode?

I am curious as I know I seen a video how to test the idle air sensor - Isn’t there a way to make that exercise as well?
