Well it wouldnt be a roguelite without procedural generation, that's kinda the whole point, is that the maps, drops, enemies and upgrades are all procedurally generated, it would be more repetitive without it

Very inspiring. I only started working out about a month and a half ago and already I’m very proud of my progress. I lost 11 pounds, went from 3 knee push-ups to 12 strict form push-ups, and just yesterday I even got my first pull-up! Still got a long ways to go, but this channel inspires me to continue working hard to keep my fitness schedule and diet in check. Subbed. Thanks for all these good food ideas✌️

I've been meal prepping chicken breast/tenders with different seasonings and sugar free sauces. Mixed with either plain white rice, or a pouch of instant potatoes. The potatoes supposedly have more micro nutrients but I like to do rice half the time for less salt and calories

Never tried the overnight oats. I do have protein oatmeal but I don't eat breakfast very often besides a shake

I've been leaning towards potato's mainly because i feel more full after eating them compared to rice. I honestly could eat 2-3 bowls of rice and never feel full lol

Oats over night have been pretty good so far. Especially the fruit based flavors taste good and it's super quick to prepare. I may try this for a month or two then see if i want to change it up once i get bored of the flavors. For now i like my oats and greek yogurt morning. @@trashtalka3000

Hi!! I’m a new Sub- is your daily 2000?? How do you feel? You look great and seem healthy mind and body… I was surprised you are a gamer lol Also, you have an amazing voice, do you do any voice acting? You should!!

I've been feeling great, and yes I am sticking to under 2,000 calories a day and over 185G of protein. I distribute my calories throughout the day and try to eat meals which are filling ( protein and fiber).. it's worked so far. I've been a gamer all my life and spent about 10 years in game development. Did a small amount of voice acting but only ever on my own projects.

I've liked the Ryse blueberry muffin and the oreo a lot. Ghost protein has been ok, most of the macros aren't great due to higher calories though. I still don't know much about pre-workouts. I may try a ghost pre in the future.

To be honest over time it's gotten easier. Historically ive eaten one main meal a day with snacks throughout the day so this isn't been bad. Having a lot of protein and fiber helps a lot too.

I used to have a lot of stomach issues when i was younger. I'm honestly pretty surprised protein bars and powder don't bother me at all. They've been really helpful tbo. I would recommend trying barebells if you want to give a different brand a try.

Glad to see you switching the food up, makes it a bit easier to keep on track. Usually I find one item I like then it that until I cant stand it haha How was the three wishes cereal? I've considered it but it's expensive for something idk if I'll even like. I keep buying protein puffs and can't stand the flavor lol
@AndrewSharesGames
@AndrewSharesGames 11 ай бұрын
I've been the same lol I'm a creature of habit but i'm trying to switch things up at least a little bit while maintaining a routine. If we are rating it on a normal cereal scale, it's ok. If we are talking protein cereal I think it's one of the best. I have heard that protein cereal are usually worse in milk.. they get mushy, but eating it as a snack or having it in greek yogurt has been good.

How does the protein shake taste?
@AndrewSharesGames
@AndrewSharesGames 11 ай бұрын
I haven't found a frosted cereal shake I love yet but it's alright. The Macro's are where TC Nutrition stands out the most. I believe it's 110 Calories and 27 grams of protein. I wouldn't recommend it as your only shake but it's pretty good once in awhile. The Fairlife Protein Shakes are great though, tastes like chocolate milk

Just a recommendation, don’t have to listen to it obviously experiment and do what works best for you, but try having x amounts of sets that you have to complete instead of a time limit so you can get rest between sets. This way you’ll be able to get the most out of each set. I usually do 1-3 minutes between sets but as I said, you do you and keep going! Good luck!

Or you’re basically doing that and I wasn’t paying good enough attention. I’ll subscribe for that :)

Thank you, that's a good idea. My experiment is mainly with the AI Fitbod app to see how good of a personal trainer it can be for someone without any kind of workout experience. 35 Minutes was just a recommended "active" time per day to be healthy i found online. I'm going to try and remember to take at least a minute between sets. I feel like I rush the workout too much sometimes which likely isn't a good idea ( hurting form,etc.) ty again! @@CallMeEdward
