Awesome race but Will Martin should have been given the position. That specific corner cut from Dickinson gave him significant momentum to take the lead. That will surely be a penalty in gt7. Pause 36:57 and tell thats not out. Any news if the win was given to Martin?

So this tiny, bumpy, narrow, shitty street coarse with nearly no spectator views at all, they get GTP? But here in Canada, with a proper race track, over 60 years of history, including a decade of F1 races, somehow they can't bring the GTP cars here?

The fan engagement and getting close to the cars and team personnel without it being an additional cost is by far the best of any series I know of. The friendliness and family vibe of the paddock has always been a huge draw for me. Plus sportscars are the coolest and multiclass racing always makes for awesome action. I also love the technology and push for better - always really loved that in the ALMS (Grand Am not so much) but IMSA is doing a decent job of continuing in the ALMS tradition. I've been going to ALMS, Grand Am, and IMSA races at Mid-Ohio, Indy, Baltimore, Watkins Glen, Long Beach, and Laguna Seca since I was 10yrs old (I've moved around a decent amount) and I've loved every single weekend. I'm now 34, and plan on going to Indy again this year as well as the IMSA weekend at Mid-Ohio this coming weekend. LOVE this series

This is the main reason I am not a fan of street circuits. They tend to be very tight limiting overtaking with no run-off to speak of. Don't even want to mention Macau.

Great race. Not as great as Daytona and Sebring or Long Beach, or even Laguna Seca, but it was still great anyway. I can't wait for Watkins Glen & Le Mans.
