Hi Robert, What distinguishes my shop from other piano shops is I do not sell digital pianos , which is why we distinguish that we only work on acoustic pianos, meaning mechanical and not digital pianos. Hopefully that makes more sense for you!

Don't call it an acoustic piano. That makes no sense. Call it a piano.

Lovely story. Very interesting to learn the back story of your store and your work and what it means for you.

Wonderful antique upright Steinway K52. Beautiful sound. Big bass. Love the big, old uprights. Mine is a 1902 Schaff Bros., 57". Original iron bass strings. Thanks Prosper Pianos.

Is it worth buying an M2H piano in 2024? It's like 44 years old but it has been well kept

I have a 1969 M2H built in Japan and it still is a solid piano. But it definitely will need voicing as old Yamaha uprights tend to sound bright, tinny, and loud…
