This lady dont know what she is talking about. Keep them in a plastic bag they will last a few days no problem. Left out of a bag they will just dehydrate in the fridge. I wash them in water then fry them and season with salt, hot peppers, garlic, and onion. Taste great, she don't know how to cook.

I've seen these since I was a little kid. Today I picked one and I'm chewing it right now. Started off tasteless, but had a nice consistency. After a few minutes I noticed a peppery taste and my throat got numb. Tomorrow I'll get back to you on any after effects (if I'm still alive)

I've heard that these have a dwarf variety, but no-ones been able/willing to show me any sources. Have you ever heard of this? I do have a specimen in my pond that is currently quite small, with leaves just about an inch in length, and stalks only about 6 inches tall, but I honestly have no clue whether this is because it's a seedling, or in incorrect conditions, or something of the like.

I'm not sure if there is a wild dwarf variety - but there is a common houseplant (not edible), the Syngonium Pixie Dwarf Arrowhead.

Make tea with this plant to cure cough and bronchitis. It grows on its own, no need to plant it. It can be found in our lawn and comes back every year.

Hey girl, everywhere in Western Washington in the woods, but they like older forests I have seen people harvest the leaves and sell them for arrangements and made quite a bit of a business I do my best to acquire nutrients, and I appreciate this video. I don’t feel like a fool.

Dry some canes by hanging inside, I used my basement. When the leaves are completely dry, crumble them and you have blackberry tea. Excellent herbal, but read the cautions also. Especially good for menopausal women, but never use when pregnant. Makes a tasty tea. I had a patch that yielded gallons of berries, really huge fruits, UNTIL I STARTED KEEPING GOATS! Don't forget about juice, jam and jelly too.

Omaha Nebraska here, noticed today it is not too late for blackberries. I did harvest last month, but there are still a few ripening and I picked a few blackberries today. It might is different in species and locations and who-knows-what may influences any fruit.

Can you tell more about their growth habits? We live rsther remotely, and I'm hoping to tincture a small amount of these for pain in emergency situations. However, my colonies are rsther small. They are all across my forest, but only 1 to 7 or 8 flowers per "clump". Is it safe to take a flower or a couple from a variety of the colonies without harming their ability to come back?
