One minor correction.. Definition of Human Right is given in Sec 2(1)(d) instead of Sec 2(d). Rest all are perfectly awesome. 🙏 Regards, CA Gaurav Sharma

He is right section 2 of "The Protection of Human Rights Act 1993" has two sub- sections. So accordingly definitions are covered under Section 2 (1) which read as, In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires - But the most funny part is that in most of the books and even in the Law Lexicon it is 2(d). I have face the question in competition about the definition and I marked 2(d) as my right answer and guess what, my answer was right. All concerned especially publishers should notice it. I appreciate your effort and keen observation thanks.
