I wish I can share my results. I started visiting the nephrologist since 2020 before COVID. No treatments, no education, etc. I just take my BP drugs and I am really concerned about getting help. This video has been helpful though. I would be grateful to know preventive measures to stop the cysts from growing bigger

I can’t believe doctors are so smart to change genders and playing with organs in this century but there’s no progress in finding cures for kidney failure than dialysis

My brother who is 70 years of age had kidney and colon cancer. Had a kidney removed and has recovered a year ago. However he’s afraid to get moving again. He says his abdomen is sore after a year. He said it’s painful when he tries to exercise. What can I suggest that he does to begin him getting back on track. I’m surprised that he hasn’t gotten that information upon leaving the hospital last year. He also has some back problems that may limit his abilities to perform certain exercises. I’ve suggested some small movements but he’s afraid that he’s still healing and may do damage. I’m not a professional so I don’t want to advise him wrong. But I’ve shared what you’re saying so I feel good about that. It seems as though he’s slowly giving up and that’s breaking my heart. Thank you so much for this video. It is so helpful.

As an Ayurvedic Doctor, I prescribe my patients Planet Ayurveda’s Mutrakrichantak Churna is an excellent herbal remedy for kidney problems if one wants to avoid dialysis. Along with it, Rencure Formula and a few ancient formulations like Chadanadi Vati, Varunadi Vati and Punarnava Mandoor.

Try a refreshing drink. My favorite is take 2 tablespoons lemon and lime. 1 tablespoon of acv. Small peppering of parsley, tiny pinch cilantro 16.9 0z cold water. Blended with crushed ice. It's very cleansing and releases fluid. Stretching helps tremendously, and you can strengthen your muscles laying down. Just suck in, hold for 10 secs. How this helps

How sad that many people are placed on so many pills to regulate blood pressure. Instead of advising diet, exercise which are so key to lowering bp which is usually a 2nd effect of something else going on in your body. The 2 main causes of high bp - sleep apnea & insulin resistance. Some cases of high bp can even be low magnesium or potassium! However most docs just want to push pharma pills that have so many other side effects. Research folks.

This is untrue. CKD can be reversed with a plant based diet and regular exercise. There's plenty of evidence to support it. It worked for me and many other people. Do your own research.

Dialysis patients and their families need to know that if they are on dialysis for more than 7 years they have a risk of getting kidney cancer. Drs. knowing this, don’t inform patients about it & don’t screen yearly their patient for kidney cancer. It's inhumane & despicable for the whole health system to act this way. These are human lives not a piece of paper that you can throw on a trash can & start all over. They took the live of my husband who was an incredible human being, best partner, outstanding husband. Despite of his condition he made the best everyday. He was on dialysis for 30 years. He tried all treatments of dialysis. He spoke in several conference for dialysis. First in the Baltimore area to be on home dialisys. But health system failed him tremendously. He complained about being out of breath, coughing and his nephrologist didn't bother to send him for tests to find out what was going on. So, for all kidney patients, you need to be your advocate. The health system is horrible. It's so sad to take advantage of patients. They are here to make money. He is the strongest man that I've ever met. I miss him tremendously.
