i honestly think skyward would be better cause of high base attack also it can solve energy problems my skyward build is 66cr / 181cd / 2,475 atck / 162er while my blackcliff 75cr / 200cd / 2.010 atck/ 130 er they do same amount of dmg wich is 30k-31k without support. also u cant really rely on blackcliff passive that much also reason why skyward would be better is like what u said consistency but if you already reach 124er through artifacts then adding skyward would give about 160.8er wich will completely solve the energy issue therefore u wont need any battery wich would mean you can now go for 2geo for geo resonance if you have zhongli but even without zhongli u can now go for 2pyro for pyro resonance also ttds will benefit more if u have higher attack therefore more increase in damage unlike with blackcliff wich even with a better crit still do the same amount of damage but lets give it some chance lets say u have the passive always yes it will give more dmg by about 2k -3k increase but even with refine 2 blackcliff skyward still beats blackcliff due to having a better team comp and fixing energy issue in summary skyward pros -energy recharge as the sub stat for more consistency (can also help u solve energy issue) -solving energy wich leads to better team comp wich would mean higher dmg -high base attack -can also help with crit rate cons -building crit ratio will be harder compared to blackcliff blackcliff pros -crith dmg as the sub stat (building crit ratio will be easier) -passive can increase attck cons -energy isue -low base attack compared to skyward -will need anemo battery (wich will lead to building teamcomp very limited) also here's my team with skyward and the dmg it can produce xiao/bennett/ningguang/zhongli dmg output is 63k-65k blackcliff team xiao/bennett/succrose/ zhongli dmg out put 57k-59k
