Because Jiu doesn't have afflatus (type) advantage. Use her against beast boss and you will see the difference. 37's damage is higher than both Jiu and Isolde because she does so many follow up attacks. Besides, she deals genesis damage (true damage), completely ignore enemy's defense. Even better because it can crit. Thats why 37 is one of the most broken units.

​@@Moana37 Plus this boss have 3 other body parts, so the other 3 obviously have absolute advantage over Jiu in terms of getting as much damage as possible, Jiu's only aoe damage is her ultimate but the channel owner only use it on single target situation (which is the correct way)

agree with above comments. iso is spirit while boss is intelligence, and lucy gives bonus dmg on characters that have advantage over enemy afflatus so youd see why iso would be dealing more dmg than jiu. plus her follow up atks are aoe, giving her a much bigger advantage

P0 is already good

I mean, what are your priorities? Do you want isolde,vila and lucy? I mean if you want those three i suggest stop at p0 if you get early jiu maybey you can save more

What do you mean? In terms of high damage? Windsong everyday. But you have to understand this, Windsong is only able to have such an absurd damage output due to the mechanic of her ultimate which is mostly only feasible is raids. What you are doing with her, is essentially relegating her role as a DPS, as a sub-DPM for a majority of the fight so that you can stack up her ST incantations till they are 3 star and you have a considerable no. of them and have her launch it all at once. This type of playstyle is not really feasible in harder content where rounds are less and your opposition gets stronger each your round. Jiu and Lucy are overall better because they are able to put out consistent high damage so they are feasible in all sorts of content. So, if you were to choose between them, Lucy would be the obvious choice.

Yes her FUA will triggers when an enemy dies and her FUA action 2 times in 1 turn (not included her ultimate that absolutely trigger 1 time)

Lucy is good when too many enemies, if one target she is not good, in the same time Jiu can play all of them

Lucy strong and has significance on story Jiu is strong only because chinese new year limited, no in game reason at all. Pick your preference

Get both jiu and lucy. Both are very good. 200 pulls worth for each of them. Plan your future pulls

In my opinion P0 or P1 is good enough, if you want more portrait you can pull to P3 or above

​@@bearly-lg1qe p2 and p3 are one of her best portraits, along with p5. p1 and p4 only make slight differences. Overall though, I think she's more than viable enough at p0, if you want more portrait then go for p2/p3 or if you're a whale, p5.
