Honestly, Dawkins' arguments are really quite embarrassingly unsophisticated, and many atheists, such as Michael Ruse, would agree. All he does is say that because we see everything behave according to the laws of nature, anything miraculous is nonsense. Therefore, he likes to find something John Lennox or another believing scientist believes in and use it to make a personal, ad hominem attack on someone. Unfortunately, this isn't an actual argument. The laws of mathematics command the universe, but the laws of physics are just descriptions of how things in the universe behave. God is perfectly able to feed something into His system to turn water into wine or raise Jesus from the dead. This anti-miraculous predisposition is very healthy up to a point (if someone told me they'd turned water into wine, I'd be skeptical), but when something can be explained without difficulty by supposing that a miracle occurred but not without deep implausibility by supposing that a miracle did not occur, that is evidence that a miracle has occurred.
