I just got the 5.3 summit 150-153 engine and hp tuner in desperate need of help installed the motor almost two months ago and I had new injector data put in and it runs but not comfortable with breaking it in like this any advice or anyone I could talk to would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like there are some newer versions of the VCX Diag. I'm mostly a GM guy but might use it on other brands. Which of their devices do you suggest currently? And with which configuration, i.e. with Wifi or without etc.. I have a laptop I will use with it unless there's a newer or better way to go. Thanks

Great info. Thanks for sharing. Just curious if you might know the answer to this. I have a 2012 CTSV and need to replace the Suspension Control Module. I bought a used one on ebay but will need to program it when I install it. Not sure if that module is coded with a VIN or not. Do you think the VCX Nano is capable of programming that module or do you think I need a different device to program?

Hello can I install VCX on windows tablet

I tried using the VCX VX Nano to replace and reprogram the TCM on a 2015 Suburban following a reman trans install. I gave it up as a bad deal. I’m sure a computer savvy person can figure it all out but it is not at all straight forward. I could never get the Nano and TLC to talk. I’m not very handy with computers and would not suggest the Nano to anyone like me.

Another one here mine works but the gas guage dont so ill be doing mine this way, they want 900 bucks to change mine.

Switch on over under idle timing and set both to 10 degrees. Will give you that sweet chop choppity chop braap braap at idle the kids love so much. Oh and 26 degrees at idle on the timing table.

Quick question: if a truck has AP8 RPO code for remote start, will this vcx program that option? I bought a 13 silverado and purchased the key fobs with the remote start button and I programmed the fobs to work with my matco scanner, but when i hit the lock button then right after the start button on the fob, all my truck does is blink the parking lights with no attempt of starting. I have no CEL on. Any help is appreciated. I just dont want to go to the stealership.

I bought a 6 liter ls without the computor or harness when i go to find that stuff does it have to be the same year of the engine or will any 6 liter computor and harness work?

I’ve seen 4 videos so far ( I’ve done four trucks) three bed removal and one drip tank. Removing bed is a lot easier n better because you get to check all your fuel/ brake lines, pressure wash the frame, paint if need to, and lubricate as well. But my reason for my text is that not one video says to disconnect your battery cables ( not good), years back two men were replacing a fuel pump and did not disconnect their battery, explosion followed when a hot wire from a taillight made a spark and sent one to hospital the other one injured as well. Burned n the vehicle was totaled plus damage to the garage.

Hello very nice video! I live in Bulgaria, Europe and i tried to flash my tcm on my GMC Sierra 2014. I purchased a subscription SPS for 2 hours and was 18 euros. When i download the software it downloaded me TLCSuite 2, which i think is not the installation file and when i tried to launch techline connect from the browser it gives me error UEH101: null. I waste my money. Please help me and thanks in advance!

I just purchased this vcx nano because of your original video and couldn't get it to work. Found these 2 videos and thought you had the fix and realized you didn't. Did some more digging, and realized that if you change the date on your PC to before the licence expired (I changed mine to 1/1/24) the software works. Now weather or not you can flash a bcm from the website like this I'm not sure.

After installing the techline with the newest Tech2win it doesn’t recognize the VCX nano anymore. Only the version of tech2win that comes with the driver works. Any fix around that?

hello, i living in France, and the software was bloqued of the update error in red. I have reinstall the soft and the same mistake. I have tested with 2 pc.

By signing into your account you are defeating the security of the virtual PC. You are potentially giving any malware/virus access to your (online) account details. You can setup a local account that has no access to anything online - just the local PC. And you can still do this with W11 - Microsoft does not want you to do this though - so you have to look for the option.

Randy you wouldn't happen to be an Instrument Tech would you? Haha just a guess by some of the apps I see you use. I am one at the Suncor Refinery in Edmonton.
