Check out the you tube video "7 common mistakes when rugging a horse"...this is so good and actually is correct. This video here is wrong on so many levels and gives very bad advice...such as starting with the front (100% wrong!) and then doing up the back clips without the clips facing inwards. Grrrrr
@mollyhorse2 жыл бұрын
Wrong! You ALWAYS DO THE BACK STRAPS UP FIRST!!!! This is for safety so if the horse gets a roght and runs forward the rug slips back and he can run out of it. If the front is buckled up there is a danger that it could go over his face and panic him, plus no matter how hard he runs the predator (cover) is still there. Plus your expensive cover will get ripped to shreds. Doing the front straps up first is very dangerous advice.

I'm just I'm furious with your incompetent work! Service doesn't work! You sent me the package incorrectly, which is why I could not receive it and it was returned to you from customs. The package arrived at your warehouse about two weeks ago, but I still haven't received my money! My patience is already running out, I will start complaining about the situation in all available social networks and am ready to proceed to trial if you do not return my money to me as soon as possible.

How much time does it take?
@annetendam3 жыл бұрын
Depends, if you’ve done it a lot it probably takes about 15 minutes, but when you’ve only done it a couple of times it might take 30. Also depends on the thickness of your horses mand

Her body stance and language is totally incorrect...always nagging nagging nagging....horse will dull this. Uses the ineffective equipment. but very typical of British training
@charliejeppe33464 жыл бұрын
Do you not clip the leg straps so that the clip is facing the thigh? This way it doesn’t risk clipping itself onto the fence/wires if the horse rubs or brushes against them.

My ideal saddle pad would be conservative earthy tones (navy, brown, dark green, etc). It would be countourd along the spine and have a round part towards the front of the horse and a dove tail on the other side. The quilting would be small squares. The spine would be a black nylon strip and say HORZE on it. There would be black binding on the edges As well.
