@@Graze.leegz26 you can just get a lipo 2s battery to suit. Just measure the battery box and then your good to go. Also the 1500 zee power 3S battery fits well too. 👍🏼🚗

@@rccrazy I know how bad!!. When I got home, the compressor didn’t get any bit of sand off. I had to use the garden hose and give it a good wash down. Yeah crawlers only next time. 👍🏼🚗

I'd repair your divets, holes in the track. Or next time you go back there will be a sign that says no RCs allowed!

@@jeremycravens6973 yeah apart from the divet, there were plenty of areas already worn out from the bike tyre tracks as they kept on tracking in the same spot. But yeah I haven’t seen a sign yet. And hope Not to!. 👍🏼🚗

Yeah your issue is the xt60, only good for upto around 80a max especially on what is essentially a 1/8 off-road rig. That's why I've always used 5.5mm gold connectors on anything over 80a 3s, even bigger than xt90 just to be sure. Great spot though man👌

Yeah going to have to change the connector. i would say that is getting all the heat then transfering it down the cables to the esc. a small error, but easily fixed. Thanks., yeah great spot, il def get you out there next time for a bash.

The gears are accessible with a screwdriver, there's lots of videos on how to get to the gears/diff if you search hbx 16889, the esc plug is Mini tamiya, but you will want to you buy a mini tamiya T plug adapter(male to male) online, most 2s batteries come with a t plug.

@@onion615 hey, there should be 4 screws in total on the top of the gear cover from memory. It should t be too hard to open. But Il have a look when I get home

@@teinspringz hey mate, there wouldn’t be a link for it, but if you just search for toy cars you should be able to find the body there. The body is just from a cheaper toy car that’s on the shelf.

This body shell is not ideal for 90km/h. Replace a pointy front body like Ferrari can help. My TT02 NSX runs 98km/h

Nice run, the best I can do with Tamiya TT series is 62kmh. It just kept on spinning. To be able to keep it straight line like that is amazing👍

@@philthyco1 locked both diffs, gyro, stiffen the suspension so no bumpsteer, turn down steering endpoint and foam tyres. Still no luck😂 the only thing that I have not try is the metal drive shaft, I just don't see how metal drive shaft will prevent the car spinning around but will give it another try one of these days. This exact rc car is not supposed to go on 3s with that esc, you need to upgrade the esc of that car before running it on 3s, otherwise it would burn out eventually.

well its run ok for me on the stock 3s for quite some time now. i have now upgraded the ESC to as hobbywing 50amp one. only because i ran it on 4S as a test and it got me to half throttle. so yeah it can also do 4S for a little bit and seems like its pretty capable on 3S. thanks for watching👍🛻

I was absolutely shocked how much speed and power I got out of this thing on 3S stock, but I was worried about running it on that stock ESC so I only did it for a couple minutes. The ESC definitely felt really hot.

@@joshread3740 yeah def will get a bit hot. But the speeds are amazing. I’ve bashed with it on 3S and haven’t had an issue, o my because your not constantly at full throttle the whole time. 👍🏼🚗

Run a cnhl than it will go faster than 85lmh mine q901 did first 52kmh than i swapped out to a surpass i got 50kmh than i ran a cnhl and got almost 60kmh i recommand tge cnhl black series 1500mah

The stock 2in1 boards have a slightly faster top speed than running a hobby grade esc man, why I love the stock set-up with a 22t pinion, get 90kph + with a 22t😉
