Because its a traditional layout pushrod engine. The 3.8 will outlast the 3.6 in terms of reliability and it sounds better in my opinion.

Don't do that. I did my exhaust on my 2012 and just used factory parts. All I did was cut the huge muffler off. Leave the cats and resonators. Then welded a pipe to take place of the big muffler. It will sound exactly the same as this. If you want you can check my channel. I'll upload a vid

@@918Kustomz I cut the front skinny round resonator and rear resonator then put a Flow fx by Flowmaster in place of the original muffler in the center she sounds good

I have never seen a mini van with a performance muffler before. Now I have! It actually sounds pretty good!
