If the car brakes, the surfboard will slide forward! My advice is to have the fins blocked by the straps.

WORST!! TERRIBLE!! Actually, there aren't enough negative words in the english language to describe this owner but I will give it a try. COWARD. Why would I say this? If you read on, then you will learn. It all started with his unfriendly and blunt demeanor. Which is fine because I came to spend time with my family and not him. RUDE After a long day touring around Hawaii we met up with our brother who lives in Honolulu. Right when we sat down our ten year old commented on how long the owner held his hand when he greeted him. (None of the adults had this experience.) CREEPY When the owner was giving us his spiel about the menu, the street food, etc. he took the phone out of our eight year old's hand and apparently wanted the eight year old to give his attention to him. Fine. SELF ABSORBED The guy went away and I gave my son the phone back to watch Netflix. As I said it had been a long day and my wife and I made the conscience decision to let our son veg out while the adults had conversation. While waiting for our food the owner returned to our table, took the phone away from our son again, and physically moved his small table away from the rest of the group. ALARMIMG Not only did he clearly overstep his boundaries this move of isolating our son intimidated and frightened our child. Obviously this is when our parental protection instincts kicked in and we took action. At the same time our son burst into tears. BULLY If this owner has such an intolerance for phones all he needs to do is communicate that to the adults at the table which he did not do. Instead he chose to menace an eight year old child. This lack of compassion, insight, and intelligence may signify some serious issues with this fellow's mental capacity. HEARTLESS Where was the owner when our son started crying? Well he ran away like a child who knows he has misbehaved. SPINELESS After stepping outside away from our group and the rest of the onlookers, we comforted our crying son. And mind you, he was not crying because the phone was taken away. He was crying about the way this man acted toward him. Nonetheless, we comforted him. Then, my wife and I went back into the restaurant to let this guy have the "what for" and again he ran away like a baby. INFANTILE This guy does not even have the courage to face another adult but has the audacity to harass a child. In his self absorbed mind I am sure there is some sort of justification for his actions but there is no place where it is correct for a strange adult to intimidate a young child. VILE So if you want to eat at this restaurant then know you are ingesting the spirit of a man who dwells in a dark cloud of wretchedness.

Wow just found out you're still in business cannot find you because of the flat water jet foils. And other jet devices for flat water have sewn up the search engines. And I forgot your name was waves jet...still too pricey for me but I would love my brother to get one of these he's been on the North shore for 40 years awesome surfer and hurt his knee about two years ago and doesn't surf anymore 64-year-old... These things allow you like in the video to go to kahuku or random waves wherever no crowd no problem.

I recently bought this soft rack system and wasn't sure how fast i could drive. Did lots of research but nothing was clear. Here's my experience: drove 300Kms none stop at 115km/h average speed ... sometimes I pushed 130km/h and no issues at all. I stopped 3times just check if the board has moved and it simply stayed safe and solid .. it didnt move at all. I felt i could go faster but no point of risking since 115km/h is already a decent speed. I rather lose 20min on my trip than losing the board or cause and accident

My favorite part of the whole video was hearing fins forward (and up). I've been taking crap from others for 42 years about that method. It just made sense to my 15 year old self to avoid lift and keep the board from sliding backwards and clattering along the pavement as I looked on in horror from the rearview mirror.
