I just realized that. Trying to control the flame. My wife said I should call it flaming hot ribs 😄

Initially, I didn't do direct heat at first and cover it up. Then few minutes later I did direct heat just enough to toast the outside of the ribs. With seasoning, I didn't put much salt and pepper because of some health issues but what my son loves to do is put the salt and pepper on the side and dip the meat. 😁

Not really my shoes, not my size, I just open them, I would say about a week I think but it comes to us via 2 day air.
