I'm all-about 2-cages, 4-motors and Flywheels, cuz, that's how I roll. Shouldn't be tougher than doing same thing to the Rhino-fire.

Hopefully, the motors are robust enough for 2s. I wouldn't hold my breath for 3s, but.

This is Blaster that a lot of parents will prefer because it has attachments to loose, apart from the mags and darts, of course. But at least mags and darts are interchangeable.

Still really disappointed it doesn't support tomcat drums. It's decent enough but the potential for 50 rounds and pro performance would have been overwhelmingly good.

At close to 150, would be nice if the big HvZs would cap at 150 instead of 130.

DRAC! If you see this measure your barrel please! Mine appears to be.509 and is a bit too short. Same length as the new nexus but like 5mm too short for the Stryker. Not a big deal I’m just curious if it’s just mine or not. My nexus has a 16mm exactly OD. 13mm id. My Stryker is like 15.88 OD. Oh and if they really sell the new darts at 14.99 for 150 darts! Wooo I hope that’s true! Love the blaster and the darts!

If you're a beginner looking to buy either the Nexus pro x or this one, which would be the best choice
@Donut117Күн бұрын
I've used both. You can't go wrong with either of them. The Stryker is noticeably longer (as in, the grip is further from your shoulder when the stock is fully collapsed), but feels just a tiny bit more accurate than the Nexus. The barrel is higher on the Stryker too, which is probably why it feels more accurate. On the flip side, the Nexus accepts more magazine types and is more comfortable if you're on the smaller end (or just want less barrel sticking around corners). The Nexus also comes with a BCAR, which is kinda huge since those are like 20 dollars minimum by themselves.

Nexus pro x just put 200 fps on the market for 50$ 😅, interesting to see what the differences are at range though

I'm surprised they tried the drums again after one of the best parts of the Tomcat was the aftermarket adapter so you didn't have to use them. But at least with a 50 round capacity, they made some sort of sense. Now it's a clunky 25 round drum or an 18 round stick mag, and the drums seem to make even LESS sense.

I mean the Prometheus is meant to be a Rival Minigun, so it's more of a support class weapon in a War instead of a Primary AR/SMG Rifle.

How's the build quality? The first Stryker had an unfortunate tendency to creak and flex in the hand kind of a lot, which made using it feel kinda bad.

Mod suggestions: 1. Pump grip variations that re-use the stock plastic bearing/roller (if possible). 2. Mag adapter that's slightly shorter , has more flare, and fits flush with the side profiles of the blaster. 3. Barrel collet 4. Something that replaces the side panels (the printed panels are removable). Could be just plain flat, or some kind of greebles, or even pic rail. I feel like these side panels like on this and Nexus Pro X and Aeon Pro X are a bit underutilized in the mod scene. Look forward to seeing what you come up with!

If only it came with a BCAR instead of the SCAR and cosmetic barrel. I like the original stock better but the angled foregrip looks comfortable. I’d need to try one before purchasing.

Drac review -I'd pick one up, however I did like the mag adapter long short that earlier models had. I could switch out springs depending if I'm playing with the kids or with adults. Now it really pushes it to adult only (so to speak), which seems like a legit waste of having dual compatibility. One place where Hasbro still outshines the competition is realizing in order to bring new adults to the hobby you are going to have to hook kids in. And the wide differentiation between the look and feel of blasters in the Hasbro lines does still do a pretty decent job (except for the 2.0 blue line, blech). Dart Zone, chose to focus on adults which, in my mind, is a short term market play to gain traction. Long term it will hurt them. Because as my kids found out, shooting the dart zone mk3 versus a stock stryfe / rayven is a huge differential in pain tolerances. Thanks for the video Drac, keep keeping on, like the new digs (?).

You forgot it has slam fire I like this better than the Pro X because the Barrel is in line and not at the bottom . I swapped out the priming handle didn't really care for the angled and the the way it's designed at the bottom if you have big hands it feels like a stock Strife is with that bottom part of the plastic missing. I did swap out the pistol grip with a Magpul Moe Plus as I have with my Tryon and Nexus Pro x. I did keep the stock on and just added some rubber grip pads to it when shouldering. If the striker 2 would have came out before the Nexus Pro X I probably wouldn't have gotten the X

Looks promising. One thing I don't like about the villainator is that the darts tend to fall out of the drum a lot if you point it downwards at all. How is that on this one?

Thats what makes Dart Zone great. They give fhe consumer modder level blasters right out the box. So hobbyists of any level can be competitive. Nerf Rival was in that sort of market space as well of course, but seems to have petered out, sadly...
