It made me so happy they included a woman, not just because fenale arhletes are often ignored, but because people think we don't like such silly games that involve pain, or that we will cry or complain. We like these things too! I used to play many with my friends haha good times

This gives me an idea for inventing a fair format of mixed gender soccer, which will take no more physical risk than usual, because the interaction between players of different genders is only indirect. Let me explain what I mean. Each match still takes two halves, but each half takes 40 minutes. Each team has 6 male and 6 female players, but all players of one gender must stay on the same half of the field (those eligable as 'female' (the player could be non-binary, of course, like women's Canadian player Quinn) on one half and those eligable as 'males' on the other). After each 5 (or perhaps 10) minutes, all players switch sides on the field, so every player will be attacking and defending on equal physial terms, while the direction in which the whole team plays remains the same during the entire half of the match. When a team changes halves, one of the players going to the defensive half of the field will act as the goalkeeper, while the player who just acted as a goalkeeper and went to the attacking half will act as a regular field player who is therefor not allowed to make handballs. However, only one player of each gender among the players on the field can be assigned as goalkeeper as long as they're playing; they can be substituted by a goalkeeper from the bench, of course, as long as they replace the goalkeeper of the same gender. The 'switching halves' rule was inspired by how that works in korfball, but since soccer/football is a contact sport, I wouldn't suggest to have players being considered/'counted' as being of different gender on the same half of the field, because that could have some major physical consquences in terms of injuries. This may seem off topic, but a team of 2 times the amount of players made me think of a team consisting of 2 parts/halves that each would occupy one side of the field at a time. This way soccer/football could become a kind of mixed gender sport, without being unfair. It may not seem to be truly mixed this way, but both halves of the team will still work together for a single match result. Also, they could have mixed gender duels in a game, but (for example) a male player on the defending side of the field can still build up an oppertunity until he reaches the central line and then pass the ball to an attacking female player on the other side of the field (i.e. the players can't cross the central line during play, but the ball still can. Call me crazy, but I'm just brainstorming.
