You are best off putting that cash into handling, a turbo kit should easily give 320 crank HP, can't safely make more than that til you get better rods, but Fensport in Britain got over 400hp (crank) with the only real block mod being rods and using an AVO turbo kit. If you just want horsepower, you got the wrong car for it
