Look up the root of cyanacobalamin, cyanide base. Methylcobalamin is the natural form of B12. The former is toxic in larger doses.

Not had gorilla mind but I don’t think I will after finding ghost Swedish fish lol. Only eh thing ab ghost is that there’s no erythritol, not saying Splenda is bad though (the whole DNA study came out weeks after prime became popular) but if monster, gamersupps, 3D and red bull are gona have erythritol, then I think ghost should as well.

@caffeine man I finally finally went to vitamin Shoppe and picked out a bunch of sour watermelon gorilla mind actually I bought a whole case never having tried it. I was very curious because you mentioned how it is very comparable to watermelon warhead ghost. I am very honest with my opinions as you are yours and I couldn’t even remotely compare the two the Ghost warhead watermelon kills the sour watermelon candy Gorilla Mind is not even remotely close, in my opinion, the ghost taste dead like the delicious watermelon jolly rancher but sour whereas the Gorilla Mind taste like watermelon but not any watermelon I’m familiar with so it’s good and I’m going to drink them but hands-down Ghost is the king for watermelon flavor. I don’t think anyone will come close.

I will always have a soft spot for Monster (regardless that they are an evil empire 😂) but still haven't tried the rio punch yet. Lately my rotation of drinks have been C4, Redcon1, Reign Storm and now Ghost. Not surprise who made it to Number 1.

Interesting list you came up with. I am glad you left out coconut flavors since I am not a fan of coconut and wish I did like it. Out of the 10 drinks the only ones that I really like a lot are the Reign, and Accelerator for sure. The Red bull, C4, and the Moster Rio Punch I have not had so don't know about them. The rest of the drinks are ok but not flavors I care to have. I figured your number one flavor would be the Tropic Storm Gorilla Mind and it was. Been awhile since I have had that one and sorry to say I was not overly crazy about it even though it was still a good flavor just not for me. I would like to try it again to see if I have changed my mind on it but don't have a Vitamin Shoppe near me so I can't get it again. I do need to try that TMGS Rockstar again since it's been a while since I had it and can't remember very well just what it tasted like.

Definitely knew GM was #1😂 My top 3: 1. Ghost- tropical mango 2. Gorilla Mind- tropic storm 3. 1stphorm- tropic lightning Im weird because I put the punch flavors in their own category cause there's so many and I'm not as big of a punch fan. Ps. Bucked up miami and Redcon I cali splash are amazing as well. That'd make my top 5 lol.

As someone who does like prime hydration the energy drink just felt too standard like they played it too safe just standard flavors in a smaller can for the same price as a 16 oz can .

They definitely went safe with the flavors and considering they are releasing so few new ones, compared to how many new hydration flavors, I think we know which product is doing better. 😂

This will be a good one, Tropical is my favorite! A close 2nd would be Citrus. I also agree that the Prime Energy flavors are surprisingly solid drinks. My favorite one is Tropical Punch! Rio Punch is great too, love that there's some Papaya in there. I hardly ever see Papaya in any energy drinks.

100%. I really like caffeine man. But the gorilla mind fan boy is over the top. There flavors aren't even that good. When he put them over ghost for best company I knew for sure he was trying really hard to get a sponsorship.

@daveybreedlove8650 We all have rights to our opinions. I knew there would be debates over which company was better. I feel I laid out all the reasons I prefer Gorilla Mind and stand by them but 100% understand why people love Ghost. Both, as stated in the video, are amazing companies. As for "trying hard to get a sponsorship" , after I left C4, I stopped looking for sponsors because they are no longer important to me now that Ive accepted this won't ever be a full-time job. My sponsorship "jokes" in the videos are just that. Jokes. Sorry if you didnt get the joke and thought I was being desperate.

It is definitely the Top Selling energy drink! By over a billion dollars. Can't argue with sales. You can argue with different peoples opinions, taste buds and effective ingredients. Red Bull is just an energy drink. Lots of other companies have ingredients that are better for you in lots of different ways.

As I said in another video I have cut back on energy drinks & I feel better about it. I only have about 2-3 a week. Here in Canada, there are 180 mg of caffeine in energy drinks. When I do have energy drinks I can only have it with food. I won't have caffeine drinks either energy drinks or Pepsi more than 1 day in a row. I will either have 7-Up Zero which has no caffeine or flavoured water in between them.

Thats great to hear! Everyone has to do what is best for their health. Sometimes people get to be too high on their caffeine and their tolerance goes up so they feel required to have even more, otherwise they are sluggish. Lower amounts of caffeine and healthy eating may be all you need for energy.

For a while I was having 1 energy drink almost every day as I was stressed out over maybe where I work was going on strike which did happen for 2 weeks but I have cut back on energy drinks. Now I only have 1 one day & skip one or more days then have another one. Only have 2 or 3 energy drinks a week & I feel better about it. When I do have energy drinks it takes me 10-14 minutes to finish 1 can. Don't need to rush it at all. I also have 4-5 bottles of water a day to stay hydrated
