Watching his videos from T&T I can see two things. The youth are bored, and have no opportunities. T&T would be a perfect spot for cannabis tourism. Look at what Thailand did. Poor people are now working. The youth are running cannabis cafes, and grow operations. Tourists are flocking! Give these kids something to do! Stop ignoring them!
