If I placed a call to customer service and a lady with with a similar accent answered, I always ask for a stateside rep. I always do that when an Indian, Pakistan or whatever country the rep. is from takes the call. Do that and more Americans will have job opportunities. An American rep. told me, just ask for a stateside rep. and they will transfer you (they have to) This was from a major bank US rep. in the US. Keep service jobs in America, It's easier on the ears and your not always asking to repeat the statement they just stated to you. Can anybody relate to this? Let's do our small part to bring telephone service jobs back to America.

I've been doing Chelation Therapy for 30 yrs---had approximately 300 treatments--best money I've ever spent.
