Its strange but this last days playing i felt as everyone know everything abaout Paul or what im going to do. I see videos of people playing against levels 100 and ok. I play against this people and they know everything and counter everything. Paul needs a lot of new moves :/ Dont use the sway, everyone hits it hahahaha im tired, help

Nice video as always! I've been using SS1 quite a lot from the beginning of playing paul cause of the massiv +8 frames. Even tho it's slow, against mashers you get a launch in like 90% of the cases. Keep it up :)!

bro there is change in right and left criteria sometimes in vid 1:22 like here , u said right but it is Paul's left 0:55 but when u were doin yoshi , zafina it was Paul's right. so for steve won't it be right SS ? jus asking becoz i got confused bro 😅. Thank u so much for amazing tips 😁

Not only in tournament, but in ranked game you rarely see Paul at Tekken God and above. Paul is freaking linear. Many of Paul's moves don't track. His new "buffed" deep dive and f 1+2 are very slow. His low qcf+3 can be launched by some characters such as Jin. Unlike Tekken 7, the imbalance in Tekken 8 is huge. Just play against Dragunov and you will see how much disadvantage Paul has lol. You cannot sidestep Drag and always in defense when Drag in heat. With a counter hit and wall nearby, you are done with Drag.

@@shaz6789 let me put it this way. I play only two characters, which are Paul and Feng. Paul is my main. In Tekken 7, my Feng is way below my Paul. In Tekken 8, I got my Feng to Tekken King with much less effort. My Paul has been stuck at Emperor for many weeks. Feng's pokes and pressure as well as damage are better than Paul. Paul gameplay is easy to figure out.

0:37 no need to press Back...just press 3+4 it will work as 3 after side step...also when you are running to wall to perform wall combo always use 3+4 to start else sometimes 3 will do running hopkick...no need for thanks 😎

On SS you can use 3+4 instead of 3 and you wont get the low. This helps not having to cancel the ss and not loosing frames.

Managed to incorporate it already. The one after Death fist dash took my some time to get it consistent - that requires ws3, and 32. The one that does around 84-ish. But I gotta say they are both turbo swaggy

@@PaulPhoenixRana OPM, you must've understand me wrong. I have adapted the combo from your video, to the one was referring to. With heat active: death fist - WS12, db,df4,32,db12,df1,db12,df21,ff2 If my memory serves me well :)

His ws 3 is amazing. Picks them off the ground and allows for full 3,2 > 3,2 bs into either 1+2 or dd 2,1 and then heat engage >dash> pheonix punch
