I don't know if there have been any recent changes but, in my case, I can't configure it this way as you show in the video. For me, within Google Tag Manager, after creating a new tag, in step 2 "Get Instructions and FINish" the option "Use Google Tag Manager" does not appear. This is quite strange.

hey man, by any chance - do you already have a Google Analytics account created, i've experienced that problem before. If you do, turn off GA for that event, then GTM tag should come up - if not, happy to jump on a call and show you - just booked a time from the link in description :)
