I’m not a collector and I personally love this watch. I think the printed dial is perfect to go with a fully brushed finish. It looks like exactly what it should be. Perfect size too. One day, if the market keeps trending in my favor, I am going to get a Rolex Explorer 39 for a more formal option, but not too much for me like most watches. I will have those two a for life. The Ranger will be the everyday watch for sure. I’m not one to see it as a poor man’s Rolex, it’s its own beast.

I have that GS and it's amazing. I didn't know about the lack of stopping point when winding though.

Great price on the Globemaster, what a lovely piece. I’ve got to say though I think I’d rather have a quickset date than the jumping hour function, seems like setting the date could take ages!

I really like Fears watches but way overpriced. The Brunswick salmon 40mm is $4000. I picked up a Longines Master 190th edition in salmon for $1875.

I do like the Fears Brunswick 38mm. Suggestion: please do something about your camera and/ or lens. In every video of yours, there is always that annoying issue of poor focus. Makes it difficult to enjoy your video.

Hi James, Interesting selection. Strange that Unimatic did not use an NH 38 no date as the watch is a non date. The movements are identical ie NH 34 A GMT /NH 35A/ NH 36A apart from the date configuration. I have used them all in my own builds.

This is just such a cool watch because there is nothing else like it. Yes, it's an homage; but I'll never even see, much less own, the Rolex 6200. The large domed crystal is what appeals to me the most about this watch. I would put it on a NATO strap if it were too heavy or unwieldy with the bracelet.

I have “real” watches and a lot of them. I have a friend who buys the #amzwatch we put them side by side and guess what ?! It’s unbelievable!!! I am at the Rolex boutique with her and no one can tell he has a fake
