Just keep spamming one champion, that's how most challenger elo players get there (and how I went from gold to diamond in a month). P.S. You chase them too much, learn to give up on unnecessary kills (those that won't result in an objective such as a dragon, turret or baron)

From Zed, try the W, E, R, Q combo, instead of just throwing your shadow next to the enemy. So you have a shadow to escape and another to get back closer to the enemy. Zed99 uses it a lot

something i learned trying to climb to emerald 1 was that eliminating an enemy will rarely weaken the enemy team bc every champion can hit as hard as a truck unless is something like soraka, lulu, janna, etc (killing a sup like this first usually prevents some crazy comeback from the enemy team mid fight tho) so is better to destroy tower and get objectives, especially towers. the amount of games that i was able to end even at a disadvantage after killing 2/3 enemies just bc mid was open is crazy baron and taking tower down if basically a free win
