Sorry to hear that. I just used mine last week. It’s still fine. Was yours a crack or just a rod popping out of place? Either way, tourna will probably take care of you if you send them an email with a pic. I have found their customer service to be highly responsive.

GAMMA’s customer service is quick! Unfortunately, they aren’t able to ship to Canada. Your best option might be having a friend in the US order it and sending it to you.

Yes! But you can use the mark on the post to help you eyeball the net where you want it to be. Ideally, I would use the mark on the post to line up the height of the net 12 inches away from the post.

It’s about a 36” wide and 60” long. Wider will work faster, but it’s also more to drag.

Why not just combine the laces around a clip and secure it to the bag. Seems like a solution in search of a problem.

Convenience! The clip is extremely secure. It would take a while to untie them after getting the laces tight enough.

We leave the centre of the net in place. Never drag the middle on a hard surface

We are carefully watching. One player has been playing with it since it came out and putting in dozens of hours each week. We have not noticed much degradation of the grit!

One last question… Why can I see the honeycomb shape in my paddle after hitting for a few hours?Maybe the soft flex of the outside layers going into the paddle?

After hitting with the paddle, small pieces of the ball end up on it. In a way, it traces where the honeycomb is underneath the surface. I've noticed this many types of paddles. It's just normal.

All are great paddles. What I like about the three-layer paddles like the Diadem Warrior V2 and the ProDrive is they have a larger range of being very soft to hard. The 1 Gen Ronbus are excellent soft paddles with great control. However, with a three-layer paddle you have a little more weight and thickness to cart around.

Dad just bought this paddle. He was using a head extreme tour paddle before and he went from winning 40-60 percent of his games to winning 80-90 percent of his games.
