There are so many great singers that come out of this time era, and I mean GREAT. But this one two punch with Marvin and Johnny Carter is the most dynamic that ever existed. That POWERFUL and thunderous vocal combined with that absolutely incredible and whistle high falsetto is just something that will never be duplicated.

I remember exactly where I was the first time I heard this song in Jackson, MS, in 1968. I was coming home from my job at South Central Bell Telephone Company.
