Sir can you suggest some meditation apps
@ChessGMDebashisDas
@ChessGMDebashisDas 2 ай бұрын
I don't use meditation apps. I am a devotee of Ramkrishna order. I got mantra diksha in 2006. You search on KZfaq "breathe in breathe out meditation" the language you are comfortable with..search in that language. Do everyday for 1 min use timer(IMP) Slowly build good habits. Don't be in a rush.

It's been proven scientifically, Sonja Lyubormirsky a caltech psychology professor & famous researcher on happiness mentioned it in her ground-breaking book - "The How of Happiness ". That Ruminations ( Negative self talk) is very bad for us , we often underestimated its impact thinking it will help us constructively but it doesn't do that. No suprise, the feelings of guilt and fear are never respected in psychology.

Happened twice with me - in Tournaments where some of my close friends that you will lose against this opponent. First time, it was definitely a shocker, but Immediately after the game I told him he is crossing the boundary , I'm out if you ever say it again. Second time as I've faced it before, I said to him - I can beat my opponent and you both together , I do score good then both of them in tournament. Setting the tone , rules and boundaries is a useful strategy for me. Even If my chess friends don't align with it , I'll just walk away . Chess made us friends , it's the priority, no joke towards it. 4:21 is lit 🔥🔥
