I love doing these barbell exercises in order of importance 1) inclined-bench press 2) decline benchpress 3) flat-bench press

I slipped and hit the splits years back. My groin has never been the same. It doesn't affect my mobility but it gets annoyingly tight sometimes. The frog stretch is the only one that's managed to scratch that itch properly. thanks for this 🙏

DON'T EVER BENCH PRESS ALONE! If alone, do an incline bench row or a dumbbell bench press. Pointing this out since more of us spend time alone these days. Be safe people.

Make sure you guys are keeping your chest activated I’m 6’4 have been for a long time I been doing the samething index finger on line on bar and my chest has gotten bigger but also you guys HAVE to hit the dumbbells so you can really focus and activate those chest muscles without the strain of the bar

LAST exercise is very good ... i do it 2x a week .. it does stretch the butt muscles Ran into a problem with the knee . Cant bend it like that ..Alternative?

One way to get toxic metals out of the body is with zeolites... They now have liquid zeolites.... The bind out of the metals and then you pass them through your urine.... I had all my Mercury fillings removed in 2000 and got really sick because they did it the wrong way and he's right the gas that you smell when they drill on that mercury is enough to knock you out so I'm still removing toxic metals out of my body from those teeth

I don't know why men give excuses that they have a baby and they can't sleep at night that is the stupidest thing go get your own room and let the woman who's going to be laying around with the baby all day anyway deal with the baby all night not the man that is insane unless you both are full-time workers then you're kind of screwed

I have had acid reflux in the past. I seemed to have fixed it by taking 1000 mg fish oil pills. It has 300 mg of omega three fatty acids in each pill. I take one before my first meal of the day and one before my last meal of the day. I also take one when ever I feel the reflux pain starting up.

I have the most problems after I eat something. It feels like a small bit of food gets stuck down in my esophagus. If I can get it dislodged the pain goes away. Sometimes I burp a lot and the pain goes away. Sometimes I literally vomit a little bit and then the pain goes away. I also hic up a lot when this happens. I have always thought that this is caused by having a hiatal hernia. Does this sound correct? I have never been diagnosed by a doctor. So I am not sure if this is what it is. Thanks.
