After u finish reacting to part 2, u should check out the videos: We Need a Resolution, Rock the Boat, & More than a Woman🔥 Aaliyah initially wanted Loose Rap to be the 1st single. It was the 1st song recorded for the album in 1999 if we're not counting ICare4U. ICare4U was originally recorded in 1996 for her 2nd album but they recorded it too late & saved it for her 2001 album.

To me, this album is (almost) a flawless masterpiece (i don't like Swordsman that much). Besides that, GZA's lyrics are out of this world. His vocabulary never ends, he literally sounds like a genius would. And RZA's production... Having this many incredible beats in one album doesn't even seem possible. How can a single person produce Living In The World Today, Gold, 4th Chamber, Investigative Reports and I Gotcha Back for just one project? It's insane to me. Plus the bonus track, B.I.B.L.E., is one of the greatest hidden gems in hip-hop history imo. Killah Priest is an amazing rapper too. Anytime i think about this album, i end up listening to it over and over again. I just wish we had a part 2 or something like that, i still can't get enough of this sound. Thanks for your reaction 👍

I appreciate you doing this and exposing us to Nas. I really agree with Kendrick when he said HipHop is almost religion to many of us. A great artist like Nas giving us jewels and showing morality within Everyman conflict is so important and shouldn’t be taken for granted. We should have a Nas for every era. Several of them like the Avatar. The chosen ones who also become lessons to us no matter their sway we learn the lesson of the teachers life along side the gifts he or she can create.

This album was actually a soundtrack to a movie of the same title. I've personally never seen the movie but heard it flopped pretty hard. But of course the album went on to be one of the GOAT albums ever recorded in popular music.
