Im non veg but i love tofu better than paneer I would have either egg bhurji or tofu burji Some of these vegan options from east asia, south india and Mediterranean are stomach friendly even for meat eaters ( i cannot eat dairy items much)

I truly understand what you are saying. In a way I agree to that too, but since this is a clinic not Hospital so the time I visited there was no patient. So had a conversation with the Doctors & gathered these info. If & when I’ll make another visit will try to capture patients experience.
